Modern Equipment and Well-disciplined |
|
| The "seed" nurtured by long hours of hard work at our research and development
facilities grows and is brought to fruition as a commercial product at our production
facilities. With our emphasis on health and nutrition, nothing is more important to us than maintaining the strictest standards of quality and safety through the latest, efficient facilities and vigilant quality control at all stages of development and manufacturing. |

| Chiba Factory | ![]() |
Built in 1973, the Chiba factory employs
our extensive know-how in food processing to produce a wide variety of
food ingredients and compounds. In response to increasing demand, the
facility has also begun production of natural vitamin E utilizing our
renowned molecular distillation technology expertise. The Chiba factory's
monoglyceride production line has been completely automated and a spray
dryer line added, making it among the most ultra modern facilities.

| Kyoto Factory |
|
Established in 1985, the Kyoto facility is chiefly engaged in research and production of natural colorants. Riken Vitamin first successfully extracted and refined a yellow colorant from gardenia in 1963 and a red colorant from a cultured red rice extract in 1977. We have continued to pursue further advanced in the field to keep a pace of recent rising demand for safe, natural colorants. |

| Tokyo Factory |
|
Riken Vitamin's first factory, the Tokyo facility began production as a vitamin A dedicated facility in 1953 and today produces the vitamin in easily absorbed form for a variety of applications. The technological innovations by Riken Vitamin that made this vitamin stable even in oil form are now widely used. |
